Why didn’t my shipment come in one package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

How do you ship?

We ship orders overseas by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US and 15-20 business days for international shipping after the order has processed.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.

When will my tracking information appear?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of your online shop.

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

Why do I have to pay an extra shipping fee to my country?

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

What method of payments are accepted?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards as secure payment methods.

How to order?

  1. Open the product page for the product(s) of your choice
  2. Select the quantity, color, size and plug type of the product(s) that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
  3. Click "Check Out" in the pop-up window.
  4. In the following page, fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and click "Continue to Shipping Method"
  5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
  6. The last step is to enter your payment information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction and place your order with us.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the address used to place the order, only moments after your order has been completed.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, you may have mistyped your email address.

Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them.

We suggest that you also check your spam folder if our emails are not shown in your inbox.
